5.0 out of 5 stars Still a real thriller even after 50 years. Great book! I think this is still a terrific book even after 50 years. Forsyth’s descriptions of the Jackal’s plot to assassinate President De Gaulle and Commissaire Lebel’s efforts to thwart him are incredibly detailed and well-written.
